In a webinar on go-to-market strategy hosted by Reddal in collaboration with ECCK (European Chamber of Commerce in Korea) on February 2, 2023, Reddal colleagues from around the world shared their insights on how to leverage a systematic and structured methodology for international expansion and new market entry to succeed in global expansion. In a continuation on this topic, Reddal Client Director Per Stenius talked about market expansion and go-to-market strategy to students of the Transilvania Executive Education (TEE) MBA program on March 10, 2023. In addition to introducing the systematic and structured methodology for international expansion and new market entry, the presentation also reflected on different market entry modes and how companies can select the most promising one.
