The wild geese demonstrate their tremendous creativity by flying in a V-formation. During their adventurous long-distance migrations, wild geese face harsh conditions. The ingenious V-formation cuts wind like an arrow and enables the flock to reach its destination. That’s literally creativity on the fly.

It’s often the strongest bird that first takes the lead and flies up front. Fellow flock-mates flying behind will benefit from the slipstream as the tip of the arrow takes on the headwind. However, the flock will reach its destination only by sharing the responsibility by swapping positions. Team support at its best. Creativity is contagious.

In Reddal, I have been able to develop my career through not only project engagements, but also active participation in knowledge sharing platforms that Reddal offers. Every Wednesday, I take part in the Reddal knowledge sharing platform called Weekly Closing where everyone shares his or her learnings from a project on a weekly basis. This open collaboration and active knowledge sharing across the company have helped me learn and adopt best practices to solve intricate problems in a project.
