Courage

Courage

The strength of the pack is the wolf, and the strength of the wolf is the pack.

Rudyard Kipling

Reddalians are like a pack of wolves

”One for all and all for one.” Wolves are known for their courage. Even a single courageous wolf can take down a fierce bison. But the courage of wolves is primarily collective and remarkably calculated. The pack communicates seamlessly and each individual has a clear mission. The challenge ahead will be completed more efficiently when working in tightly-knit packs. Foolhardy soloing can lead to injury and thereby a single wolf can also endanger the future of the whole pack.

Remember, we’re in this together

Remember, we’re in this together

Only together will we endure the hard times and overcome whatever may. Together we will also thrive and flourish! Only together will we have the courage to take on new challenges and see them as opportunities.

Courage is nourished by kindness

Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see.

Mark Twain

Be kind, always

Courage, it’s in our nature because in our heart there is kindness. ”Good morning” in the morning is always a good idea. Showing sincere compassion and giving altruistic attention to your colleagues will nurture the whole packs’ self-esteem in a healthy manner. Being supportive and friendly will build long-lasting relationships, and give a safe den and conducive environment for Reddalian wolves to bravely grow, succeed and shine.

As Reddalians, we are allowed to make mistakes. If we are not making mistakes, we are not really learning. We do not condemn or disgrace failure. A kind colleague gives a pat on the other’s shoulder and encourages them to try again. And with a benevolent smile says: just try harder, my friend, you will not mess up this time. Yes, always remember it’s humor, laughter, and learning that keeps us going!

Courage

“To evolve – we dare to fail”

“At Reddal, courage can be discovered at all three levels: company, team, and individual. As a company, we are not afraid to solve the toughest problems, even though they might be something that we do not yet have experience in. Further, we are not afraid to build our own thinking and focusing on issues that create the biggest value to our clients even though it is not always the easiest path and might require extra effort. At the team level, our leaders are not afraid to share responsibility and give spotlights to juniors when they recognize talent, skills, and will.

To me it’s very valuable that our organizational hierarchy is low, and all Reddalians have a chance to define the future of the company and make a difference in client work. At the individual level, all of us Reddalians will readily tackle challenges that they are not capable of conquering today, but with the help of the wolf pack, they are tomorrow.

In my view another defining characteristic of Reddal courage is that although sometimes we may fail, we do not focus on failures; instead, we are eager to learn from those situations and turn our past experiences into future improvements.”
