Business development

Reddal Share
Reddal Share is a support platform for our clients and affiliates for improved business building effectiveness and enables sharing insights. It provides ready-to-use tools and templates in topics such as strategy, financial performance analysis, management metrics, valuation, M&A, PMI, pricing, cost reduction and process redesign. The tools and templates offered are the same we have found useful in our work. Reddal Share also has a community area and a helpdesk for times when quick answers are needed. Taking one step deeper into real-life operations, the Reddal Share Client Platform provides a dedicated secure environment for more effective work planning, collaboration, communication and document sharing. This web-based platform enables coordinated development work involving the entire corporation, aligning work modules, tasks, and deadlines while ensuring safe and structured document sharing and archiving. The platform can be customized to your needs. For example, on the front page you can have a complete overview of all development activities on-going, their statuses and degree of completion. An announcement board provides easy messaging related to projects and document/tool updates, and master documents can be edited with version control so that simultaneous changes are avoided. Reddal Academy

Reddal Academy is an interactive training program where business builders and executives meet around common themes related to growth. Sessions are typically 3-4 hours and include both theory and hands-on exercises in mixed groups.
